Thiago really blew it, in the third round. He had Rashad dead to rights, instead of finishing him he acted like a douche bag show boating. He should have finished him and won by tko. What a moron. I wanted Rashad to win anyway, just sad to see a person let an opportunity slip past them like that.

i know takedowns score points, but they shouldn't. Rashad clearly didn't win a fight that night, he got beat up and couldn't do a lick of damage to his opponent. Score dominance if and only if it is dominance, damage is a prerequisite of dominance. Think about Hardy vs Davis. Davis got the breaks beat off him but took hardy down loads. Hardy got given that fight but there was an argument for davis. there shouldn't have been. Thiago > rashad.

For the record I don't think UK fighters who appear cocky mean disrespect, have you ever been to England? We have a different sense of humour to Americans but similar to Australians, I think humour gets lost in translation on you guys and you take it seriously, it's all tongue in cheek whereas Cocky American fighters ala hughes just seem nasty!!

That was definitely a shot at the ref who blew the Jon Jones vs. Matt Hamill fight @ :50. I think it was Mazzagati, Dana is livid about Jones having that one blemish on his record. Dana took it worse than Jones did. It's because Dana knows Jones is a future champion and huge cash cow for the UFC.

Thiago won the FIGHT rashad won the GAME. Points for takedowns that aren't slams, when you can't even keep your opponent there let alone do any damage should count for 0. should have been 10-10 10-10 8-10 in favour of thiago.
