His opponents gas out trying to finish him because he’s so damn tough and he turns it around and finishes them. It’s beautiful to watch especially when you can actually see the tide turn and the momentum shift. Like in the Minner fight Minner dominated the first round and the start of the second round, about the middle of the second he’s on top beating Elkins up, Elkins sweeps or scrambles on top and from there on he smashes him until he gets the finish. Also Phil Rowe should be on this list. He has two nasty finishes in the Apex.

Some fighter do survive to win. Herb's job is difficult now with so many fighters having such strong hearts. Early stoppage has been a constant complaint with many claiming they are inside the cage to fight to death. Stupid but sure do make for a good fight.

@7:50 It's always great to see a UFC fight end with a spinebuster or powerbomb. It's interesting to see these fights without the crowd noise. It seems like the referees are able to make quicker decisions about KOs and TKOs as a result, and fighters are more aware when they've KO'd someone and thus don't need to dive on them in an attempt to finish. I'm guessing because everyone can hear the hits more clearly, and the fighters can hear the referee call for them to stop.
