Middleweight champion Chris Weidman consults with his son for some last-minute game planning for his bout against “Wook Woghow.” Challenger Luke Rockhold gets a haircut and pedicure prior to the bout, as his coach Javier Mendez receives a quick geography lesson. Nocturnal 145-pound interim champ Conor McGregor reveals that he has inside information on opponent’s Jose Aldo training camp, then boards a party bus to his Vegas digs. People complaining about Conor not hitting pads don't understand training camps. He's that work already and now he's tapering. He just needs to have fun, get his mind in a good place and sharpen his tools without over doing it. In Cavanaghs words he's "upgrading his software without damaging the hardware". Idos taking him to a league we haven't yet seen anyone in mma reach. There's always a next generation of fighter brewing and we are witnessing it's birth live on embedded.

People say he's "clowning" around doing this while aldo is doing real preperation. I dont get that, this new approach with movement does apply to fighting in EVERY aspect. I mean what is fighting ? forms of movements and sequences. Footwork, angles with combinations, head movement. Half of every fight involves commentating on a guys movement. Whether it simply be a jab, or a kick. Movement is the key to fighting, i mean, thats what you use to avoid damage as well as cause damage. The more fluid, the more dangerous.
