hello I am from turkey My name is Sinan Is it better to have pann flute bamboo? What does G/F/A tones mean? Which is better for a beginner? of course it's a good thing, I'll use it for many years
@Panflute2 жыл бұрын
Nice to hear that you have started a new hobby! ⭐️ i gues you mean what kind of pan flute would be good? Most people use G major pan flute. It means that the tubes form G major scale. Bamboo is in my opinion more rich in sound than for instance many wooden pan flute. But everybody has their personal opinion. The best would be to try yourself and decide. I would suggest to you some options like for instance Ulrich Herkenhoff pan flutes, Steffen Küttner pan flutes and HORA pan flutes (company).

@Panflute6 ай бұрын
Hi! Thanks for liking my youtube lessons! 🤗 The highest notes are always the trickiest. You need hard work with diaphragm and then the embouchure should be tight and small so that the pressure is enough and air stream narrow and forcefull. Have great fun with those high notes and use the ear plugs! 🎶😀☁️
@cristian_prundeanu Жыл бұрын
Thank you for making these excellent lessons! As I'm learning, I find that it's easier to make a tone with "PUUU" (starting from closed lips) instead of "TUUU", especially on the wider low note pipes. Is it wrong? Why? Also I frequently overblow by accident on wider pipes (very high whistle tone instead of the regular tone comes out). How can I improve that?
@Panflute Жыл бұрын
Hi! And thaks for questions! ”Puuuu” is tricky when you need to play faster music. And also I would not recommend it because your embouchure is changing then all the time, it is not stable. Overblowing is because you tend to blow with too much pressure or/and too narrow embouchure. Try having larger hole in the mouth and good, stable diaphfragm.

Stefan when you making a video about the mouth exercises to loosen up the lips properly to flow throw the pan flute ! :) Hurryyyy I'll be 96 soon! darlingggg LOL! :). For real I watch you and other professionals doing this and I always remember when you said in a message like 5 years ago when I started to think of Jim Carrey .

And ”Jim - system” is always important. It makes also music more fluent and is healthier for neck and head. I have now added this to my To Do - videos list. Hopefully I have this year time to make some new videos! Thanks for the feedback and for the good question! 🤗

Hey guys, I bought a pan flute 2 weeks ago and I feel like I can produce some decent notes at this point. The problem, however, is that I can't seem to produce notes longer than 2/3 seconds without them losing consistency (and even then I only last 4/5 seconds). Has anyone else faced this problem? I wonder if it are my lips/mouth (making a too big hole and thus losing air too quickly), or if I just need to pracitice my diaphragmatic breathing. In both cases, any tips or exercises are appreciated! PS really good and clear videos! Definitely make me motivated to practice more haha
@Panflute2 жыл бұрын
Thank for question. You had there at one possible thing of what might be the issue (the mouth position with the air stream hole). But there are also several other possibilities like for instance: Too less air in lungs, using too less pressure, not using diaphragm correctly, not blowing properly into tube (too high, too low, not in the middle of the tube). But the thing is that the answer reveals when seeing and hearing how you perform. Also 3 seconds of good quality sound might be good at this point if you are indeed novice to all wind instruments.... evolution will happen when practicing correctly. ✨👍✨

In viitor o sa incerc sa fie subtitrarile englezesti corectate manual ca sa fie mai bune automat si in alte limbi.

@Panflute2 жыл бұрын
