Thank you for this video! I went to Florence and the Uffizi last summer before I return to my home country and missed the city a lot. Of all the museums I've visited in Europe, Uffizi might be one of the most beautiful, uncomfortable, yet considerate to the visitors due to the large amount of seating spots around the museum.

Nice video! When did you record it? By crazy coincidence it was when we were at the Uffizi - my travel buddy is on screen at 15 seconds. We were last there in 2018 as part of our Italy and Greece trip.

I love the two big secular masterpieces by Botticelli.

La Primavera de Sandro Botticelli was restored in the 80 s by mi cousin Lotti Torres de Borghini, and she told me while we were walking the museums of the Uffizi that it was verily a copy.... for the original was so destroyed that a mere breath blow made the particles of painting flow away, Sandro used tempera with eggs, like Leonardo did in his Last Supper which ruined it also while da Vinci still lived.

They must have moved the birth of venus. I REMEMBER HER IN A NICE WHITE ALCOVE AT THE END OF A HALL POSSIBLY A.WINDOW AT THE END.OF.A.HALL WITH WOOD FLOORS. VIEWING HER DID IN FACT CHANGE ME. LOOKING AT HER ON THAT HALF.SHELL POSITIVELY MELTED ME. SHES SO INNOCENT! DELICATE AND BEAUTIFUL. SHE WAS LIKE A REWARD FOR BEING HONEST, LIKE A PRESENT FOR BEING HELPFUL TO OTHERS. SHEER BLISS AND CALM CAME FROM VIEWING HER. SHE WAS COOL AND SOOTHING. SHE REPRESENTED TO ME THE REWARD OF FOLLOWING JESUS. I FELT WASHED FROM MY SIN AS I VIEWED HER. BOTTICHELLI IS UNQUALIFYEDLY MY FAVORITE ARTIST. THANK YOU FOR THE EXTRA COVERAGE OF THIS FASTENATING ARTIST AND HIS GENTLE PAINTINGS. HE IN MY BOOK WAS A GENIUS!
