We'll call that the teenager card; for the man card you use any grip but one's form must be immaculate and go through the full ROM, 10 reps with 33.34% of your bodyweight dangling between your legs.

Great training camp. This guy is so fast ! The goal is to stay alive . The problem is the police show up ten units strong armed with AR's around their neck 9 of 10 times IT'S OVER ! Recently in North Phoenix there was a madman The police were there at the end of his rampage, he shot himself in the head when Police came around the corner, thank God. Uvaldi TX the hole department was there,. Alot a good guys wanted to put a stop to it , They were told not to go in, One officer was put on the ground and disarmed for attempting entry ,WE never heard Why ,. I'm Pro- Police , I find this Lawlessness in our country Sickening , train to be as good as you can be , but training for a man card ,
