Fifi, thanks for the programme. I just want to make a few corrections. 18:00 hrs is same as 06:00 pm in evening. 21:30 hrs is same as 09:30 pm in evening. If clients arrived in the morning, then that was their fault, but that doesn't take away the fact that the airline showed very poor customer service. Balina okwetereza

And their ticket is way beyond expensive for a short trip from south Africa to entebbe you find Uganda Airline tickets at $400_600, when other airlines like Rwanda and Kenya are selling the tickets at $200 with the same time on flight, plus when you call their call centre they just continue with their conversations with colleagues and hangup on you and you take another 40 minutes to get someone to talk to, everything about them needs a change
