But that is what tourists want to see when they come to Africa. Tourists don't want to see tarmacked roads like at their place. They want to see natural roads with out tarmac.

Roads are slippery due to the mud????? THATS A CONCRETE ROAD! Stop trying to make Uganda seem impoverished

what are you talking about !! it is impoverished I have been there. Believe me tarmac roads are not the norm - only the main roads, the rest are dirt tracks.
