It means PhD holders will get priorities against NET qualified candidates and according to this no benefits of NET qualification so it is damn confusing because according to ugc regulations NET is minimum qualification but here API score huge difference between PhD and NET marks then NET qualified candidates will not be selected

This parameter of percentage is problematic, different universities give different percentage. I have myself completed masters through IGNOU and secured 65% only despite writing good answers, my friend completed masters from a private university never attended any classes but still has 85%. According to these rules we have no chance of getting job even we have jrf and all. UGC should reconsider their recruitment policy.

Exactly. If a person from a university where a lot of marks( more than 80%) are given to students and another having decent 60% from a University which do not give that much marks. It will be injustice for the later student. It is not like a centralized exam like NET so that those marks can be compared. People don't understand this doing injustice. I have seen more a lot of students from Maharashtra holding (>80%) who have come to our state. Those weren't that much intelligent. They have equal capability like us holding 60% marks.

I think yeh parameter....sabhi universities ko dhyan mai rkhte hue liya hai..aap kisi private college university se padho toh 80+ score is not a big deal..but govt university and colleges mai kitna b achaa likh k aao exam mai aap 60-70% k biche e aayenge..mostly sbke..i think isilye inhone 60-80 mai jyda diiference nhi rkhaa...private universities k 80% govt univsty k 60% nearly same

Countries like India will never set right rules for recruitment. When Masters is the eligible criteria for assistant professor then why these doctoral recognition have adopted. NET should be the only parameter for assistant professor job for college level. I don't know what do policy makers thinks. Competition should be bases on NET qualification not on PhD and percentile. I think UGC should consider upsc guidelines for recruitment. I have runned my whole career because of these foolish criterias. One side UGC says Masters is the criteria withe NET other side they are preferring PhDs. We are disappointed....we have no choice in life as we are lower middle people's I can't pursue PhD my parents can't afford PhD..

Hi sir plz help we out, in this recruitment process of autonomous Institute (GoI) 4 post (3 ur and 1obc) 1) ews* 2) obc* 3) ur 1) obc consumed Wait list 1) ur 2) sc 3) obc 4) obc Now sir out of selection list obc consumed person is leaving then, whom would be called for dv, out of waiting list. # waiting list is common #direct recruitment for 4 post in autonomous Institute (GoI) # once reservation has been awarded to obc in selection list and his dv is being done sussessfully. Now the situation is that, the obc consumed guy, will not join the job.......... Then whome will be called from wait list. Kindly replay🙏🏻
