Madam they asked for promotion category they insisted in peer reviewed publication. The PhD awarded from 2009 to 2018 most university awarded PhD not based on peer reviewed publication. H UGC previously try check the PhD degree awarded but not completed. Now they allow such PhD without any check allowed for asst prof. It should be raised madam. Ask those completed net to raise through feedback in the email provided. Your cooperation solicited
