The main objective of Ayurveda is to protect the health of a person and to alleviate his disorders if he falls ill. आयुर्वेद = आयु: + वेद (Not to connect the Mind, Body & Soul, which is योग) 3. स्थूल शरीर means Gross body. This is the physical body, which can be seen and touched. It is made up of bones and flesh. सूक्ष्म शरीर means Subtle body. It consists of the mind, intellect, ego, and consciousness. It is the center of thoughts and emotions. कारण शरीर means Causable body. It is also called Anandamaya Kosha. It is most closely connected to the आत्म and is indestructible. ( स्थूल शरीर को आप छू या देख सकते हैं, कारण शरीर को नहीं 🫣 ) 4. विज्ञान is not pronounced as Vigyaan, it's Vijyaan (विज्ञान). YOU ARE GOOD AT TEACHING BIOLOGY (specifically) SIR.
