Sir 🙏 एक गांव में दो परिवारों के बीच में संपत्ति का विवाद पिछले 8 साल से माननीय सिविल कोर्ट में चल रहा हैं इस समय कोर्ट से स्टे लगा हुआ हैं... 107/116 CRPC नोटिस अन्तगर्त धारा 111 crpc के ( शांति भंग होने की संभावना है। ) क्या उसी संपत्ति विवाद को दिखाते हुए गांव की थाना पुलिस 107/116 crpc की कार्यवाही *दो बार कर* सकती है? भारतीय संविधान अनुच्छेद 20(2) के तहत क्या यह सही है?.....🙏
