Classical me agar deflation aata hai, matlab cheezo ki keemat kam ho jaati hai to profit ko maintain karne ke liye cost kam karni padegi. Uske liye wage rate kam krni padegi. Logo ki job chali jaati hai. Kyunki wagerate flexible hai, and labour ki supply bahut hai. Kam majdoori me bhi log kaam karne ko tyar rahte hai to firse full employment level output generate ho jayega but niche ke general price level par.
