There are clearly three categories mentioned in NET result Assistant Professor, JRF, PhD Only If one is qualified for PhD only, certainly not eligible to fill the form for the post of Assistant Professor. It is as simple as that. Your assumption or argument made at 05:00 is simply baseless and doesn't stand the slightest chance in court of law. Do not mislead innocent aspirants to sell your course.

Dear Advocate UGC LAW and STATE Law Are two different things …I hope you must have read basics that STATE LAWS can be different. No B.Ed is required for SET EXAM but in kerala B.Ed is required . Why ??? Because of their own government issued law.

If it is clearly mentioned on your scorecard that you applied for Assistant Professor, JRF, PhD Only And you are qualified for Admission to PhD only I guess you must be educated enough to understand what it means, instead of taking yes from someone who is just trying to sell his course by misleading candidates.
