Our version of uggani: 1.puffed rice water lo 5min(rayalseema puffed rice n byta dorike puffed rice different untai...it varies from place to place)peti later puffed rice squeeze chesi oka bowl lo pakkana petkovali...2. mixy lo coconut,greenchillies n bit salt vesi grind cheskovali 3. Onions, tamatoes(optional), redchillies, oil, pasupu, flavor kosam light ga Karam, curryleafs, salt for poooopu ki ready petkovali...4. putnaal pappu pwder cheskovali....preparation: squeeze puffed rice lo 40% putnaal pappu pwder mix cheskuni petkovali...nxt pooopu lo all above ingredients+ green chilli, coconut grind chesindi vesi stir cheyali...ipudu malli sqeezed puffed rice lo ready ayina poooopu lo vesi mix chesi...1-2sec heat chesi stove off cheyali....last lo uggani..pappulu pwder combo tho thinali....edi ma version...Chala bauntadi...once try it out guys...
