I assume there was no promotion bc she preformed this song as a surprise during their world tour just like she did for Could It Be as an unreleased of the song. Now that the world tour has ended this was officially released.

That's because it hasn't been officially released yet. It was sang for the first time during their ongoing I-DOL tour as Yuqi's solo stage song. The reason why we got the special clip is because Yuqi always releases something on her birthday as a gift to Neverland. Up until now it was always covers of songs, this year we got "Radio (Dum-Dum) Special Clip". During their last tour (I am free-ty) she sang "Could It Be" for her solo stage and we had to wait until her album for the official release.

I think as usual it is the gift for Neverland on her birthday. And all IDLE songs and Solo didn't promote much more as usual :-(
