Yes, and how Gio stares him back. "Man, I ain't do nothing". Those are the little things I like of Ugly Betty... sometimes small scenes like that make all the difference. Hilda is very young and has a very clever kid, they do look like best buddies.

Yeah, Hilda is so tough. He was putting his moves on Betty -being alone at the hospital and all. But Hilda just shoved him away. I used to think they were going to make Hilda and Gio a couple.

Well, thought I am a bit down this season. I still have some love for the show because I had always loved it. I only wish Gio would come back to charm us all back. Meanwhile I have always loved the Suarez, Willy and Marc. They keep me happy until the return of Gio. And yes, writers are amazing.

Not exactly annoyed. I think he is more surprised more than anything... like "bummer... i lost my chance". I like the fact that he kept speaking with Ignacio, Hilda and seems just to hang around the family so well! Better than even Matt now. It's just natural for Gio to hang around the Suarez family... as if he's always belonged to the group. Matt seems a bit forced, as he's the center of the attention of the Suarez family.

I just saw Ugly Betty recently for the first time. I agree. I love Gio. He was good for encouraging her to find herself & be independent & strong. But they also had chemistry. Plus, the actor Freddy Rodriguez only got hotter with age. I love him & it's a shame they didn't use him & his character more in this. Instead, they gave us Henry...and more Henry.... blech. I'm sorry but Henry basically ditched his baby mama until she was ready to pop and then they implied that he was going to do the same at the end of the series. And he tried to control who Betty was friends with. He may have been nerdy but he was still toxic. Gio all the way. I like him for Betty even more than Daniel (but I love Daniel & Betty's friendship).
