Oh my God, this is so gloriously retro! I love it! The geometric paper (?) on the inside is the perfect touch. I’m such a brat that I might’ve painted each of the legs a different accent color, leaving a thin line of the base paint (with that great masking tape trick) around the bottom above the beautiful gold feet. Now you just need the shag carpet and a couple of matching bean bag chairs-maybe a chair in each color. You’ve transported me back to a time (1970’s) when appliances and cabinets were only available in harvest gold, avocado green, pumpkin orange, and other colors that seemed to change every year.

@@BrickWallFurnitureGallery I was born in 1968, and although some people include that year as part of the baby boom, I’ve always said that I was born in the wrong decade. I LOVE tie dye, and I probably would’ve made a good hippie.

I highly recommend trying it. It’s extremely durable. One thing bad about it is it stinks really bad so make sure you are in a well ventilated space and wear a respirator mask.
