That quote brought tears to my eyes because that is how I feel about you and your videos. I'm late 40's with a 6 yr old and my friends are a decade or more younger (so is my husband!) The younger crowd have different issues to me in terms of menopause, health, face, body (ie my knees 😂) I rarely meet people my own age, so I look forward to your videos because I find myself constantly saying "Yes! Me too!" about pretty much everything you say 😅 This is a very nice little community you've grown. I wish you a speedy recovery for your surgery in May. Yesterday youtube auto played a video where you were talking about your eyebags 2 years ago! So I understand you've spent a lonnnng time mulling over whether to have this surgery or not. Well I for one can honestly say, watching your videos makes a huge difference in my life. I love catching up with you and enjoy all of your content. I don't get out of the house very often due to health reasons and watching you is like a breath of fresh air. Hi Nisha, love your vlogs, been following you a long time but rarely comment. I had upper and lower eyelid surgery done back in 2012 when I was 54. I have absolutely no regrets at all BUT it took a long time to heal. I put full eye makeup on after two weeks as I was going back to work, and that was a HUGE mistake. My eyes were even more sore and I would have healed so much quicker if I had waited at least eight weeks, preferably 12 before applying eye makeup. I know you will find that very difficult as you love eye makeup but your patience in waiting and healing properly will pay off big time. Sunglasses will be your greatest friend. Will follow your surgery story with great interest, it’s an exciting new chapter in your life, so pleased I did it 😁

I'm at home alone this w/e (hubster and son are in Poland) and I'm cleaning today but I bought 2 new lippies yesterday and am wearing them just for myself haha. They are Bourjois Rouge Velvet Ink new range. Non transferable but don't pil or dry your lips! I'm using Rouge a Reves with Rose a Merveille on top as the 2 colours together are divine on me. I only wash my hair twice a week, so I also go 4 days and although I'm glad to wash it the next day, I'm surprised that 4th day hair looks as good as it does. Love this Vlog, you are so funny. I love the satin robe that you have. I also like to look pretty in my pajamas! Love my make up and my hair always being done even during Covid I will make up and do my hair every single day my mother used to say, even when you are ill and not feeling well, always try to put on a little make up and do your hair because it makes you feel better. She was so right! Again so happy that you’ve decided to do your eyes like I said I have no regrets when I had mine done back in 1992. They still look just as great as the day I did them. For 32 years while working I got up at 4:30 am to wash, dry and curl my hair everyday and leave house by 6:45….after retiring I started washing it every other day, sometimes every third day , by day 4 it looks pretty lifeless but I’ve heard you can “ train” your hair so I’m trying…ha ha just don’t expect myself to go out in public on day 4 for now. I’m getting ready to have lumpectomy for breast cancer and I worry how soon I will be able to use my arm so I can wash my hair…ridiculous…much bigger things to worry on…sometimes I wonder what’s wrong with my thought process 🤣

Nisha, Speaking of ugly shoes....... We went out of town to Greenville, South Carolina, last weekend. I have these shoes they call clogs, very comfortable BUT UGLY. I wear them in the car while traveling and running in and out of the gas stations on pit stops. Unbeknownst to me, I had forgotten to pack the shoes I was going to where to the events we going to. We arrive at my friends house with me looking like I had on a set duck feet.😂. They kind of resemble the shape of Dutch clogging shoes only made out of a foamy, rubbery substance.😁. I felt so stupid. These were so hideous looking they made the ugly shoes you showed us on your shopping trip look like Cinderella beautiful glass slipper.😂

It fits just right, I bought the 36 which makes it UK10 (US 6), I can do it up no problem, I would say go size down unless you like it quite oversized then go with your usual size. Also I have quite small shoulders (I think) but big boobs.

Its a dupe for the natasha denona yucca palette ,jen phelps did a side by side review and you cant tell the difference. Ive just ordered it . I havent been very sure on the yucca palette so this was a cheaper way to try it out . Love your channel and love little Louis xx

Cool girls tip-if you dont lile the gold color of accents on clothes or costume jewekry .. you can Paint over them with a nailpolish or permanent marker if its a polyester or any type of plastic or leather. For metal accents use nail polish in the color you desired. Ive done this many times when the gold is too tacky or too brassy just like with hair 😂.. we dont want brassy.. its not classy ❤✌️😎 Best of luck with your surgery.

I've worked all my life, the kids have married and moved on to their own lives, busy with their jobs and kids, so when I had to retire, I felt really lost...there's a couple of people I follow, people with style, common-sense, useful tips, a bit of chit-chat, etc .....and its helped me to feel good again. Don't underestimate how important your little chats are for some people ❤❤❤ I do hope your eye op goes very well...I've said before, my mum had her upper eyelids done, never regretted it at all. Buy those gel eye packs, you'll need them for the black eyes ❤

I'd love to see you walking with Louis, your grass is so green, it's sunny and this makeup suits you. You started wearing makeup differently, and I like the 60s style. Very feminine. The golden clogs themselves are cute, but the heel looks like they come from other shoes and generally has some kind of rivet. I liked the beige ones, the heel is fashionable, I bought these summer ones in a casual style. A fashionable heel, I bought it last summer, I don’t know if I’ll be able to walk this summer, I had a sprain in my ankle in the winter. I'm so excited about your eye surgery that I told my hairstylist when I had my hair done the other day and she doesn't even know you 😂 she's like 25 so no insult there. I'd really love it if you could include the pricing, to have a proper idea. Often we imagine it way more than it actually is and this way we can plan. 😊 I've never met anyone who loves crisp white shirts as much as me! I know exactly what you're talking about even with the double thick nylon ones. Those are my favorite & hard to find, they look amazing (fitted without being clingy). I even get a package of men's white tshirts to wear for gardening. I got a pair of cream colored Tommy John joggers (randomly found at TJ Maxx) and they are amazing!! Soft, thick with silky pockets, I'm stunned. I'm sure I'll never find them discounted again, smart way of getting someone to pay $88! Just let them TRY them 😅 But soon on the hunt for nice WHITE capris & bermuda shorts.😀 I got some new things at the Sephora sale. I LOVE the new Sol de Janeiro scent (purple) I got the body butter & mist. But the SPF lotion stinks. I really like the new Mario neutrals palette for every day (worn all matte). I ordered a bunch of perfume travel size to try, I'll share my favorites later. Spring & summer is always a problem because I don't like floral, heavy fruits (that don't smell like fruit) and/or powdery. Ok, that's me for now, I'll share more as I get things. Oh and don't get me started AGAIN on friggin self TANNING?! It's the vein of my existence. Every year I buy it, use it once, last for a week and I never do it again (but think & moan about it all Summer?!). And I'm a light cool white Polish shade!! Bright Winter I think it's called. YOU might think you've been able to hide the droopy upper eyelid, so you don't really need it lifted, but that isn't what other's see. The eyelid lid is only a very tiny bit above your lash line, when you aren't compensating for the droop, by lifting your eyebrows. You won't have to do that anymore, after the surgery. However, you'll probably have to tweak your eye makeup a bit. It's a GOOD thing. Only thing I, personally think is silly, is staying over night in the hospital. NOTHING, I've had done has ever required that extreme measure. I've had many procedures, and I'm older than you...went home the same day- NO BIG DEAL. Whatever the case...RELAX you'll be just fine.
