Do you mean in mph or kph? I use kph so it could explain why i am going faster with no upgrades because 1 mph ≈ 2 kph (not exactly but close)

I was wrong on the calculation of the difference between kmh and mph. The right one is 1 mph ≈ 1,6 kmh

It can go a bit faster at around 465 km/h but only If there was a straight enough road in order to reach that speed
