museveni & fellow Rwandese made mistake in 1995 constitution now want to correct it along electoral reforms thru mbiddes,Gashumbas, & other traitors, however; All these discussions were held by Our grandfathers the Obotes and it was a settled matter that Tutsis are refugees in Uganda as per parliamentary Law no 64, Section 3 of 1964. In effect of the above, Ankole population thru their parliamentarians requested obote govt to chase away the rwandeze from their communities in 1982 for several reasons as was named including murdering Locals, landgrabbing, cattle theft, armed robbery,... which Obote honoured, Causing UNHCR outcry.(recall Rwandese had previously acquired guns as Amin spies alongside Sudanese) The Ugandan Census of 1949 & 1959, done by the British, clearly shows all the African tribes of Uganda and their localities on the Ugandan Map. It shows 28 tribes that make-up the Ugandan people. Tutsis were not part of those 28 tribes as always Claimed. I challenge any to mention any districts that belonged to the tutsis as per those Census of either 1959, or 1949 or 1939.... The Ruandese that are mentioned in the Census are clearly indicated to be from kisoro counties nowadays called bafumbira and they are majorly Hutus..., it simply means any Rwandan in Uganda can only be a citizen if they Originate from kisoro, simple logic.

Thank you Mr Mundeyi, Internal affairs is doing a great job protecting our borders, now the UG Passport has more value, the 1926 law is clear and simple, it doesn't need to be amended.

Who is native Ugandan, are you aware that most parts of Uganda were parts of the great Rwandan kingdom, example the great masaka region , most ingenious masaka people are Banyarwanda, do research , hon Vincent ssempjja, hon sewungu, mukassa mbidde , hon(rip) birekerawo nsubuga, don't forget tipical Banyarwanda like hon kagabo , hon katabazi etc etc.

The other interview you got we were two Men here in Qatar no ID because of covide we couldn't get ID but diaspora help mr Mundeyi explained we did follow up and after 15days after filling out the application online and payment we did get our New passports burungi

Thank you Mr Mundeyi. The only country we have is Uganda so it has to be protected for our children. Rwandans are not really loyal to Uganda and just want access to Uganda but still being proud Rwandans with Rwandan passports

Why would you issue someone a national ID, they vote, they pay taxes, they have permits, they studied from here, born and grew up from here howerever when it comes to passport you refuse mbu they have to explain. The fact that you acquire the National ID qualifies you to get a Passport. Period

This is very common around the world. Many Ugandans in Busia have Kenya ID. When you go to West African you find people speaking the same language spread across more than 4 countries they have more than one national IDs (of course, it is not right)..... so this thing called boarders doesn't not 100% restrict humans

I would like to thank the ministry of internal affairs for their efforts these days,but they should be more patriotic when it comes to non African most especially Asians ,according to the way they treat us in their countries, it’s very difficult to rent a house in their countries when you’re black/African but in Africa they even get land titles.

It means kinyarwanda is not one of Uganda indigenous tribes only the Ugandan constitution allows only those Rwandans who where in parts of kigezi,I Ntungamo at the time those places were added on other parts of Uganda.

Abanyarwanda is listed as a tribe in 3rd schedule of UG constitution. The only problem are those who migrated after 1926. They can't be citizens by birth but they can also become citizens if they apply

I need help as I call myself a Ugandan with Rwandese origin. At my birth, both my parents had lived in Uganda since their birth, whereas their parents( my grand parents) were both from Rwanda as refugees long time ago and had been naturalized and got IDs/Passport in Uganda as Citizens. Both my parents and grand parents have been voting and been voted for local leadership as citizens.Do I qualify for Passport ? Secondly, how abt those guys whose parents had lived in Uganda for over 30 years bofore having children, and got Ugandan IDs. Those children also don't know any other country but Uganda? Lastly, does Uganda constitution recognize duo citizenship? Thanks for reply!

Kisoro is different from kabale and ntungamo, kisoro mostly harboured hutus who chose to call themselves bafumbira and bakyiga but Tutsi mostly cattle Keepers ntungamo district was their main area Mind you IN Rwanda there are many bakyiga but they don't call themselves bakyiga they are banyarwanda.

No one can come to the passport office for a passport when he or she does not know the names of his or her parents or guardians. No one came to your office to quarrel for a passport and yet he or she was carrying with him documents of Rwanda. This is part of your ongoing demonisation and hate campaign against the Banyarwanda.

He even said that no one can live without any person on earth. That they tell people to bring their relatives and they say that all of them died . Which is true. Someone can live on earth alone with friends only or with his children or young sisters and brothers. But for them when they're sending someone to bring a relative they tell them to bring older person. Not everyone has older people. When someone says he or she has no other older person than him or her that's it ! Those who are there are young and those officers don't want them .
