Briefing:
Today we’re flying a combat assault to LZ Jane in BQ4879, 2 clicks east of the village of Lada. 4 slicks from A company will insert troops to attack the hilltop west of the LZ, where enemy positions have been reported. The slicks will take off first, then head to company HQ to load the troops. They will be joined there by a fire team of 2 gunships from B company, and push to the LZ. Once in the target area the Gamblers will detach and prep the LZ with rockets and 20 mike mike. After the insertion, the gunships will cover the grunts for as long as their ammo lasts. You’ll have no further air support today.
