The UH-60 was recently added to Battlefield 2042 in update 8.1.0. Have you guys tried it yet? What are your opinions on it?

They should have added it earlier to replace kondor and super hind

Underwhelming, they should add different rounds. Explosive for anti infantry and armor piercing for vehicles. Ultimately works ok for taking undefended bases in conquest but otherwise you’re cannon fodder

For some odd reason, it feels refreshing having this heli for AOW in general, specially in maps when theres no wildcat or lacks of support transports, i mean yeah is not the best thing we can get, but it works fine at least.

Agreed! Even though it's not the strongest, it is still a lot of fun and gives me that old school BF3/BF4 feeling

Trying to find a steady pilot for me to gun is difficult. Other than that it does pretty good maneuvering

Giving the gunners a stable view is key when flying this thing

It should have a flight assessment system for when it’s not moving so the gunners can have a actual chance at shooting a target

Been waiting for your vid on the new mode. Haven't tried it yet myself. I love my blackhawk but does it have any strength in the game or is it just an all out nerf compared to the superhind

IMO hind is way faster and smaller I think they should boost heli HP and add more seats to get some competition to hind

Unfortunately the UH-60 seems to be inferior to the Hind in every way. Less HP, less firepower, and it isn't even more maneuverable. And on top of that, the side gunners on the UH-60 can be shot out since they are exposed. I agree with the other comment that it could use a slight HP boost, and maybe add a spotter seat with thermal vision for the copilot.

@@Heliocentric_ this game have so much potential wasted I wonder what this game would be if we had developers of the early 2010's I think it would be a game with lots of DLCs but 90% finished on release date, instead of this mess of 3 years of fixing core problems in gameplay. I don't really care paying premium to get access to a quality game

They should've done something about it's model and the cockpit. It feels kind of out of place, especially with those controls looking like they're from the 2000's and not the 2040's.

Personally I don't mind the design, but definitely understand where you're coming from. I wish they fixed the pilot's first person zoom though, since currently it zooms slightly *out* instead of *in* ...

​@@Heliocentric_Just had an idea. XFAD-4 Draugr AGMs have "devastating warheads" for designated targets, right? So, one guy with SOFLAM/Tracer Dart Gun will designate targets for the AGM. AGM is launched, and should be more powerful than the JDAM itself. Most people only use the napalm or JDAMS, so I wanted you guys to try this.

You can unlock the UH-60 by earning 80 ribbons in any game mode. As far as I know, it is then available on every map.
