If you go to the game on steam is straight up says it's normally non-harmless but in this case it mutated, something went wrong, and it's now attacking it's host. You can play as other types of viruses as well like the flue virus or an alien virus they made up; it's just a goofy game don't look too hard into it

Yo DF, ik you’ll probably not see this but you should play more kiwi clicker! I tried it out because of you and I don’t regret it! If you buy the gun upgrade in the transcendence skill tree you can eventually get infinite ammo and do about 20 cps and absolutely destroy with archer with the double hit. There’s also an underground club you get from getting a krown in the skill tree, but I won’t spoil much about that. Ik this is a lot, but in the end I just really enjoy watching you play kiwi clicker and hope you play more!
