problematicus is actually a fish, it looks like a ledsichthys. Related to the titanicthys, xiphactinus, or dunkelosteus, it is the largest fish in the armored fish family. it may even be the biggest fish that has ever exsisted, bigger than the whale shark or megalodon.

and to catch the dunkan, you need to explode his armor. it is destructible. it takes a bit of bombs. for the cave shark, you need to get a rock to catch a bombat and move to the left where the cave shark is. it is behind the halloween update area, and maybe even the coral reef. the great cusper is simple, you just need large bait, and a mega hook.
