Uhr der fließenden Zeit - Clock of flowing Time at 1pm - Berlin Europa-Center Water Clock

Uhr der fließenden Zeit or The Clock of Flowing Time is a huge 13-metre water clock that stands proudly in Berlin's Europa Centre near Berlin Zoo.
Designed in 1982 by Bernard Gitton, the clock tells the time by filling bowls with coloured water. At 1pm the bowls empty and the cycle starts all over again until 1am.
