Uhuru protocol breach? Kidero's ride in the C-in-C vehicle

On Wednesday, President Uhuru Kenyatta yet again invited other persons to take a ride with him in his ceremonial military vehicle, sparking off a heated debate on whether he had breached protocol. Did the president go against the rule book? Opinion is divided but as Enock Sikolia now reports, it seems the president is re-writing the rules.
