This is wrong. You don't eye-ball anything, you use column layouts & grids or/and smart guides at least. Plus everything should be a multiply of 2, not some random numbers especially when it comes to elements size. Finally there's not enough contrast (easy to check with online tools) and the accessibility is non existent. This looks more like social media ad design in Photoshop, sorry.
