Thanks for this , can we use the data table variable instead of the data service entity to achieve the same results?

Thank you for taking the time to watch and comment on the video. To your question, if the drop down allows you to assign a DT variable and also the column name that will be source of the items for the drop down, it must be technically possible. But this has to be tested to see if it's actually possible for 2 reasons: 1. The dropdown feature of apps must allow you to assign a data table app variable to it 2. You have to populate the data table variable by pointing it to a data source to begin with before you can use it as a data source for the drop down Thanks

How is it that you declare a data type for a app variable?
@RPAVanguard Жыл бұрын
They are generic data types and will adapt based on the values you assign. In the last part of this video you can see how the same app variable behaves as a list or string based on how you use it.

what if I want to create a list with all the column's name of my table?
@RPAVanguard Жыл бұрын
If you can find a way to concatenate all column values in Data Service and use that concatenated list of values as source, it might be possible.

Well the schema is shared as part of the download. Please check description. Besides Data Service integration has been discussed in detail in other videos on the channel. Thanks
