my inputs are work well but come to output it not work added value to that output label but didnt work how can i fix that then it works well in uipath assistant

It is an Issue with Data Binding with the Lables - The Output from the Orchestrator is not coming back to the App Properly , Before Sending Data Back to App - Print the output in Logs and see if it works Correctly. From UiPath Assistant - Once the package is available in Orchestrator - You can run from Assistant.

No , we can use custom css here not the complete html … this is not to build website but just to provide an interface between human and robots

DataBase yes we can definetely connect , However why would you want to use php and java script to built apps - moreover the purpose of the apps is not to build website , it’s purpose it to have an interface to provide inputs to unattended automation
