how would this be different if 1 ticketID contain multiple orderID to be entered? I.e., excel file will have rows with duplicate ticketID, but multiple orderID. Webform correspondingly ablt to add multiple order iD into a ticket.

For select item it says it's not a valid ui element for that action when I click on the drop down list.

@@mohamedthahseen1202 Hello apparently depending on the web form the select item activity does not work. You have to use a switch activity to manually select the different items in the drop down list.

@@lemon2524 yes I my lecturer just informed me. I actually used the switch activity for clicking on radio button based on data captured from excel. For the drop down list. I use “Click” , “Type Into” and “Send Hotkey(Enter)”. Thank you for your reply, leaving this comment here hoping it will help someone like me stuck on a assingment 🙏😅

In web page where I need to add date at this place system generated date already written and UIpath write one another date from Excel due to this page not process. Hi Sir, In order to clear the web data (pre filled) you can use "Empty Field option" when using "Type Into" activity. Please let me know if this works for you.
