Dispatcher can also add in to initialization state. ? Bcz it run separately. ReFramework run through Orchestrator.

Yes this is the industry practice the dispatcher is scheduled separately but is not included in the RE framework

Hi Rakesh, as you explained dispatcher should not be implemented in Reframework, but as a business use to add items to queue there will be different excells we will use right we will downlaod from web the excel and we uplaod to queue but the dipatcher we can't run separately right

I have a doubt can I add the dispatcher sequence as a state, located in between the start and Initialisation block? is there any way to make the dispatching work dynamically, like read one row of the excel sheet upload that to queue process that particular queue and again iterate through another excel sheet rows [useful when the excel sheet values change with each process] , Thanks :)

We are trying to automate the Product ordering process in our procurement website based on the information from the ticket created by the user . Whenever the user create the ticket in our ticket tool the information like Product Name,Qty,EmailAddress..etc will be extracted from ticket and stored in the shared path as a CSV file How to achieve below requirement: Whenever the New CSV file has been placed in shared path. We want to read the data from the CSV file and Add the items to queue in orchestrator and The Product Order process should be trigger automatically once the items have been added to the queue. How to achieve this?

I have used REF even for dispatcher process by simply checking if the que item already exists before adding using reference property. Please correct if that is wrong.

Yes, we can put some logics to it to ensure the data does not get duplicate in the queue as the init and get transaction block may execute multiple times during processing!

hii bro, i have name, id, total loan amount, issue_date, due_date, paid_status xyz , 45, 50000, 01/02/2023, 07/02/2023, i have upload this type of data in my dispatcher, consider if we have 10 records as a due_date on 07/02/03. if he paid the loan amount then i have to update the paid_status as paid. How can i know he is paid loan or not. oterwise we will receive anothe data file from the loan_agent as paid on next day what to i should i have to do. I have to uplaod this data also in the dispatcher.

I have question rakesh ... when you publish the entire workflow on orchestrator , do you need to run dispatcher workflow separately before running main workflow .. as dispatcher robot will be not invoked into main workflow. I mean i clearly donot understand the purpose of dispatcher robot .

You are welcome. The Dispatcher sends the data to the queue and the performer needs to pull the same data to process so the queue has to remain same
