Try to check how you are feeding the second email Id! Save everything and try to double check

It's really useful. How do we add a signature with proper format(Template)? If we refer the body from excel it will read only the text, not the complete signature template.

That is a good thought Jayaseelan. For signatures my choice will be to use the mail signature functionality. Once we set signature in the mail box of the sender, it will automatically pick that. Lets say I have to send a link of a website or any hyperlink in the body, That should be atomically picked as hyperlink when uipath tries write the body of the email. Can you please try to experiment that and let me know! Thank you for this thought process!

Apply delay activity in For each loop for 1 min delay

You can find delay activity in snippet use those in for each activity. So that it gets delayed by specific amount of time through each iteration.
