Ujaii Breath for Vagus Nerve Health, also known as Ocean Breath or Victorious Breath, is a practice in which we constrict the muscles in our throat to create an audible whispering sound. When we focus it on the out-breath, it can help to tone our Vagus Nerve while also regulating us in times of stress.
