This was so comprehensive and well-structured. I hope the other product categories will have videos like this.

🎯🍀👍I can only congratulate you on this fantastic tutorial, Taetro! Everything is very well explained! Above all, without any egocentric, annoying behavior/attitude or other sensationalism on the part of the tutor during/in the presentation. The complete (!) ujam line, beatmaker, virtual drums and virtual basses, right up to the virtual guitarists and pianos....*everything* are fantastic plugins. Tutorials like this one help immensely when working with these plugins. This channel is now subscribed to. 🙂👍

Taetro is excellent and appreciate all of his KZbin tutorials on various topics. A constructive comment is that when you play the VG turn up the volume and stop talking over it so that we can hear what you have already explained. This is especially important when you're trying to demonstrate subtle differences. Again, the effort is appreciated. I own all the UJAM VG's and love the company!

The single biggest improvement to the virtual guitarist plugins is a better browser. It's like searching for a needle in a haystack to find a particular sound. If you could limit it down by tags it would be so much easier to find the sound you were after. I find its actually easier to program my own sound because I've got no idea which of the presets could be what I'm after. But I do like the sounds and the plugins so that's pretty much my only gripe.
@ujamInstruments3 ай бұрын
Thanks for the feedback! 🙏🏼 We totally understand how important it is to have an efficient way to navigate through presets. We're always looking for ways to improve, and a better browser with tag-based filtering sounds like a fantastic idea. Glad to hear you still enjoy the sounds and plugins overall! 🎸

What I’ve found works pretty well is to take all the effects off, then play through the Styles in the lower left corner. Since they have the rhythms you can find one that fits your song. There seem to be only about 30 per category, so you can through a category in about 10 minutes. Then after you pick the style you add the effects you want

Great video! Pro tip--if you play in chord mode with scale off, VG will recognize multi note input as 7ths, 9ths inversions, etc. With scale on, VG will only recognize lowest note entered as defining the chord.played. Thanks!

Thanks for the tip! 🙏🏼 That's a great way to get more complex chords. Appreciate you sharing that, and glad you enjoyed the video! Happy music-making! 🎸 🎵

I have Silk and it's been amazing so far. I can put something together for the root of a song so quickly. My only complaint is that it's hard to know which presets are picking or strum based before selecting. And maybe I missed something but I don't see any way to favorite presets
@ujamInstruments3 ай бұрын
Thanks! If you like a preset, hit "Save as" and give it a name. You will then have a second folder called USER right under the FACTORY folder where you can save your favorite presets. Hope that was helpful.

String sceapes, fret buzz, pick noise for authenticity?
@ujamInstruments3 ай бұрын
I like the idea but got the feeling that 90% of the users would complain about this. Don't get me wrong, it for sure would add even more authenticity. 🎸 🎵

Trigger mode discussion left me confused. With trigger mode off, one plays notes in the right keyboard. This would seem to be functionality aimed at playing lead line notes--but instead it plays (power) chords. I don't get it!

These plugins are mainly for rhythm style guitars, not solos and lead lines. Hope that clarifies it! 🙏🏼

The sound of UJAM Virtual Guitar 1 series is better than that of UJAM Virtual Guitar 2 series. I think the upgrade of UJAM Virtual Guitar 2 is a failure. In addition, I think it should be able to recognize some special slash chords, such as G/B
