Mirror in 🚾 is from B & Q. I know because I got one for one of our new built 😂 Note - solar panels come with many houses. It is down to the builder. We have one house from Linden homes and solar panels came as standard (free). Our second home is with St modwen homes and no solar panels. Your mortgage provider can change depending on the presence and absence of panels. You get what is Known as green House mortgage (energy efficient rating 81 or higher) What you called a boiler is actually known as cylinder. Small cylinder acts as a safety valve in case pressure rises inside the big one. Try not to buy a house with such cylinder. It runs out of hot water especially in Indian families when there are many dishes. Combi boiler is important with it.

Don’t forget that there are lots of hidden costs to these homes. If you want the furnishings, then they are at an added cost on top of your property purchase. Do your research before purchase, but Redrow homes at the top end are beautiful. Mortgage interests rate are now at about 5.5% or above. Low interest rates in the uk are now a thing of the past!

Really helpful. You guys make content on a topic when I am actually looking for that information. Very relevant and informative no doubt. I love each of ur videos. I totally agree on the gas and the water tap thing. It is such a pain to be cooking on hob and playing with water specially in winter between hot n cold taps. Thankfully we have single tap but have faced it in some air bnb. Please come up with more show home videos. Space and quality of this one looks good but in my opinion with no outstanding schools in their catchment the pricing is not worth it. Can relate to Avi’s excitement with viewing show home as I think most of us females feel that way. Awesome video. Keep it up.

Are those freehold or leasehold type of property . What's the location and are those chain free too .... Recently most of the houses at major location of uk are leasehold kind .
