Dave after watching your videos you've encouraged me to fish my first two matches! I fished a pairs match with my boy we came 11th out of twenty pairs & last weekend I won a twenty angler charity match! I smashed it up catching 30 carp & 1 bream on the short & margin lines on my very old but much loved Garbolino Exorcist pole using my own home made paste I've called Paste Daddy after Tidsy! My boy came fifth in that match keep the vids coming & get that expensive Garbolino pole out it's gathering dust!

I used to fish Hallcroft years ago only work around the corner and keep meaning to go back. It seems very peggy and if you guys can struggle to catch 30lb, I don't think I'll bother!

@@BagUpTV your good on the rods Dave but because your fishing with top anglers all the time you need to home in on that pole ,which will turn your from a good angler to a good all round angler

I’ve not mixed it together , but it’s nice in its own , it’s very strong smelling not fish meal groundbait it’s more brisket base

Your fishing against top class anglers Dave your not going to beat these on a regular basis sometimes it helps to step back and fish against club anglers on the the same par has you you will enjoy your fishing a lot more that’s what I did
