What it does say is be aware of other road users and keep your speed low when filtering through slow moving traffic. I’m a motorcyclist and would rather it set a speed limit like most countries do - but it is left to the bikers judgement

Riding on chevrons it illegal too btw.! The bmw stops at a mini roundabout and when it’s clear he carries on and you have a problem with that. At the "Junction of the Smeg", Lister set off before it was green to try to jump across in front of the oncoming traffic. He then complained when the other guy set off and prevented him from doing so because he was in the wrong lane to go straight, but Lister shouldn't have been in that position anyway.

Firing off a quick text is ok to me. You can even make a call if you know you're going to be stationary for a while or just crawling. There is a way to punish bad drivers and riders without police involvement. It would certainly price SMEG off the road. Insurance companies should set up a mutually agreed and shared funding section that monitors these dashcam videos. If they see poor driving or phone usage then that gets reported to the relevant insurance company. That company then writes to the insured to inform them that their insurance premium will be increased or denied.There would be no appeal and there is no need to prove it in a court of law. They can choose who to insure and at what cost. Who knows, it may send decent driver's insurance down.
