In the sprayer the low shot of back of Eric's head, him looking out the front window with such interest is so delightful. Can hardly hear the engine in that cab.

And to think in the fifties and early sixties we used a silk scarf as a face shield and no cab ! Petrol paraffin engines and fires were common, but we never lost one. A lot of grain on various surfaces !!

nice to see machinery being looked after...last place i worked for would not let us blow down the combines and when 1 caught fire he sacked the driver and i was driving the second machine and i left the same day.....wont work for fools .

NOOOOOOOOooooooooo Naughty battery!!!!! :( Poor you, it must have been so frustrating if you'd been filming only to find your camera had a dead battery. The dust that comes of the combines is unbelievable, you can tell there's one in a field if there tonnes of dust. Anyway Amazing videos and I can't wait for the next one :)

You do look after the machinery so well. Can see why combines catch fire if do not keep the chopped straw & dust down, restricting the air flow & is ideal tinder material

Why do the rear tyres on the combine look like they are facing the wrong way????? Nice one
@tobiasjohansson26814 жыл бұрын
It has to do with the combine being 2wd and it gets better stearing that way!

Great vid again Andy, one question though, is blowing the dust off a combine as therapeutic and relaxing as it looks?
@10walke4 жыл бұрын
I can assure you it's not - the dust gets absolutely everywhere no matter how hard you try! it's an end of the day job for sure, so you can go straight home to the shower!

@@winterglennon1625 I thought that straight away but it looked like all the others were serated edge to the top , I don't suppose it matters really , its going to cut better than a broken one .
