Respected Sir, My Skill Visa administration review (AR) is now successful and recusal decision withdrawn after 13 months and got mail from home office they said they will reconsider my AR and inform me about outcome soon but my UKVI IELTS is expired now. Do I have to take IELTS again?

In recent news / developments, UK government officials is considering to reduce the two years period of PSW (Graduate Visa) to four months only. Based on your experience in dealing with uk legal matters, will it be impacted the current year students or those students who are willing to come to UK in near future.
