That was a great video and very useful Swathi garu. Could you also let us know approximately how much extra money goes into the process apart from the house price, eg like the sum of solicitors fee, agent fee, stamp duty etc..

Thank you so much andi 😊 Solicitor fees ranges from £1000 to £2000 andi. Agent fees will be paid by the seller andi . Stamp duty will be around 2% to 5% depending on the value of the property andi. The stamp duty has been decreased now for property buyers during COVID. Hope that helps andi 😊
