I watched your video so you're talking about your bad headache. One piece of advice I want to give is to start taking Zinc tablets for a few weeks. My husband's situation was the same as you. He took Zinc tablets for a week and he felt much better. xoxo

There are some etiquettes of travelling in a train or bus. I have been living in uk and I haven’t heard anyone talking or singing out so loud. Please don’t take it personal but next time please keep in mind tht there are people travelling and u guys are just letting us desi people down. U can have all the fun at home or when there are not many people around.
