Families that disown their children for what they consider to be disgraceful acts are the worst kinds of people in my opinion. Prank or not, she was absolutely ready to erase that child from her life instead of being there to support her through this shit SHE brought her into the world to experience. Living ain't easy, life decisions ain't easy, what life throws at you ain't always easy to navigate. If you, as an experienced adult can attest to that, imagine what your inexperienced teen or adult child must be going through! Disowning them will not be better for your child and is absolutely negligence on your part for bringing them into this world only to abandon them when they need you the most. This goes for insanely religious reasons too.
