@ l am African too from the Southern part of Africa so l know exactly what you mean. I was born and raised in Africa and immigrated to Canada 20 years ago but the number one thing l miss about Africa is food. I just love you and your entire family both in Africa and the UK.♥️

He has really begun to realise the opportunity he has been given - that many others in his village haven't got. He is working SO hard, and we are so proud of him! ❤️

Those hard yellow bananas are called “KiVuVu”. Basically it’s plantain. You cook it for food via boiling. Uganda also has “Gonja” which is best roasted through I’ve see. Others fry it.. it’s best roasted though

Why do I feel guilty as if I should be out of bed doing something, you're showing me up guys. The boys and their football scores and not sweating, so that's how young they start?😁😅 Great video.👋.......Guess you couldn't eat at my home because the broad/bake beans would be used with my oxtail, pigeon/gungo peas in rice and coconut milk, curry with my goat meat along with turkeys and ham. Add to that, some mac and cheese, potato salad, veg. salad, stuffing, finishing off with Jamaican fruit cake, the fruits soaking in wine for over a year. All this baking, prepping and cooking starts next week for 25 people; now you see why I have to rest, plus this Canadian weather makes you wish for summer.

That's how it works here - we never pay on bank card etc, we use mobile money and if you want cash you withdraw from agents!
