Fun fact: 8:36 this is Seonghwa and after this song he (finally) got an official position as a rapper. You should check out “Matz” which is a unit-song with Hongjoong (the leader, one of the main rappers) and Seonghwa (lead vocalist, rapper). Their nickname is Matz, they’re the two oldest (98 liners). They were originally supposed to have a ballad/slower song, but Seonghwa wanted to have a rap songs instead. Btw Hongjoongs second fastest rap (after their b-side Wake up) is in this song

The most of ATEEZ songs and videos are connected, based on their lore. But not all of the songs are hype or intense though. Their discography is really versatile. I highly recommend you to check out ATEEZ Killing Voice by Dingo, and also 2024 guide to know them better 😊 And for this video, If I'm not mistaken, they are on undercover to do the mission (destroy the academy as we've seen at the end) so that's why we see them in different roles (the gunmen, the bikers, the fighter and the fake cops) and you're right, the song at the end is Crazy form 👍

PLEASE watch their 'Halazia' MV it is one of my favourites of all of Ateez's discography and shows a bit of their story line in the dystopian side of their universe. A great KZbinr who breaks down Ateez lore very well is Eterniteez. They put all the lore, songs, and preludes in order to make the whole storyline into a movie that they narrate. It's fantastic. 10:28 for this song/mv, they actually in Z world. They were in hiding/undercover for 6 months. They use green pepper to smuggle the bullet and notes among them. 8 of them disguise themselves. And when they were ready, The Captain use the bullet to shot the Android Guardian (You will see this White Masked Man character in many ATEEZ MV and stage) that gov Z send to captured them. Before this song, its GUERRILLA and HALAZIA. You should watch those too. 😊

I have a playlist of the MVs and story videos in chronological order if you're interested in me sending a link over. These won't include the B-sides though. Fun fact: Their lore is part and parcel with the Ateez name. It's included in choreography (certain members sometimes do certain things while dancing so it's always fun to keep an eye out. In Pirate king they make a wave, but you'll see someone with a spyglass, another lifting anchor, etc. There are even speculations as to who's role is what on their "ship" based on actions they take, like certain members controlling or guiding others more often in songs), in their lyrics (Hongjoong - the captain - says they think about where they are in the dimension when making certain references and producing with certain sounds) and even in some of their live performances.

gonna post my svt comment here, cause id love to see more seventeen reactions :) seventeen was originally going to debut with seventeen members but 3 trainees left and the reason for the name change Their called seventeen because theres 13 members, 3 units and there 1 team, meaning 13 plus 3 plus 1 equals 17 the majoirty of their songs are group songs but within albums there are unit songs, people sometime refer to them as the Kings of Sychronization 1 unit is the vocal unit consisting of: Joshua, Woozi(blonde guy in maestro, also the producer of all their songs, also is the vocal units leader), Jeonghan, and the two main vocalists, DK and Seungkwan Another unit is the hip hop unit consisiting of: Scoups(hip hop unit leader, seventeens leader), Vernon, Mingu and Wonwoo The last unit is the performance unit consisting of: Hoshi(the performance unit leader, the main dancer), The8, Jun and Dino(also the main dancer). They also some times make songs in groups from the year there born: -The 1995's are Scoups, Jeonghan and Joshua -The 1996's are Jun,Wonwoo,Woozi and Hoshi The 1997's are The8, Mingu and DK The 1998's are Seungkwan and Vernon who also add the 1999, Dino. Also, there are two chinese members, Jun and The8 who have made duo songs together same with the two american members, Joshua and Vernon. They also have a sub unit called BSS, one of their songs is being used as Korea's song for the olympics, but this unit consists of: Seungkwan, Hoshi, DK. There like the most energetic members. The member most people know is Mingu, he has the most followers and is also well known for being part of the '97 liner' group which is a friend group made up of idols born in 1997 such as him, jungkook, jaehyun from nct and eunwoo from astro.

I suggest starting with their song Gento, it’s a great introduction to who they are as a group. Please consider giving them a shot, I promise you won’t be disappointed!
