It is clearly a slow waltz and not a slow foxtrot. Please listen to the accented first beat and the two beats that follow thereafter that creates the 3/4 time signature. However note that the audio and video appear to be out of synch - the video seems to be about one beat ahead of the audio. BAD. The Waltz completely non-elegant, non-musical, no technique at all. Horrible compared to today's dancing.
