@@sophieseitler7639 I think you could talk about the Belmarsh case, the 2016 Gina Miller case that affirmed the rights of parliament, the 2019 Gina Miller case over prorogation of parliament, as well as the ability to stop the government and devolved institutions from acting "ultra vires".

It would be vital you write it out in full at least once, not sure UKSC is a widely recognised acronym but should be ok
