@JithinJose-om8ut yeah. You just need to put your given name as surname. As in if your given name is " jithin Jose" put surname as well , as "jithin Jose" . Or you just have to put a "." for your surname . It's better to put the same given name though.

No need to exit the country and you can apply for ILR 2 months before your e visa expires. You can get the earliest date by using ILR calculator. Once you receive your ILR your husband and child needs to extend their visa before your e visa expires
