He united all artists from Marseille to make an album all together, with 13 songs (13 is the number of the department where Marseille is). Just one thing: marseille was on the map way before this song. There us a rivalry between marseille and paris since the end 80s / early 90s and back then some of the most influential rap artist already came from there (IAM, FF, Psy4...). Marseille has always be big for rap - and a lot of mainstream and succesful artists come from there.
