Recently found your channel and subbed. I fish Chesil regularly and I find it a nice change to see someone who knows how to fish it. I use a similar rig for calm conditions, a modified helicopter rig of which I've never shown on my channel but I will show it soon. Enjoying watching your videos.

Had a chat online with someone I forget how the subject of plaice came up but he said it's weird he's only caught em on rag or lug and maybe peeler crab, but when gutting them they're often full of sandeel and plaice won't swim up to a shoal of sandeel so it's a mystery, I replied, they're called sandeel cuz they live in the sand so they probably flap around stirring em out of the sand then nail em. No reply after that comment lol and I didn't mean offence it was just a thought.

Just a little tip when Covid is about, or just for general health, take vitamin D daily! I take vit D with a vitamin C effervescent drink every morning, when I got covid I had 6 hours of shivers/hot fever and muscle ache, fell asleep and woke up feeling great. I'm not vaccinated, I recovered far quicker than any vaccinated colleagues of mine at the time. I used to get colds every year, haven't had a cold since 2019, I started taking vitamin D in early 2020 and my health has been great, immune system firing on all cylinders... Try it and see for yourself, Aldi do vitamin D tablets for a couple quid, 180 tablets that you take one a day, it's not a costly way to keep healthy but it really works!
